Ana Kyra Bekš is a service designer by profession and an explorer by heart. She loves working and hanging out with people, that’s why you’ll see her mostly at workshops, conferences, concerts and other cultural events. She’s one of the co-organisers of Ljubljana Service Jams and co-founder of Servis 8, an association for service design innovation, education and workshops. When she doesn’t color code anything she loves to play games. Secretly she wishes to be a game designer. Her day will come. Until then she tries to make this world a better place, one smile at a time.

Ethan Grant is a freelance Service Designer who, in pursuit of a user-centred design work (and nicer weather), left his homeland of Ireland for lovely Ljubljana. As part of Servis 8, he brings some international flair to the Ljubljana Service Jams. When he’s not coworking in Poligon, you might see him cycling around the city, or more likely, enjoying a burrito.
